Return Conditions

We will happily accept returns for merchandise within 21 days. Your return must be postmarked within 21 days from the ship date.

All items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged with original tags and packaging. Items with obvious use, missing accessories, missing items, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or product stains may be subject to refusal or incur a restocking fee. Red-lined sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Original shipping is also non-refundable.

Please make sure to package all merchandise in original packaging.

Return Fees

All U.S. orders will be given a pre-paid return label. If you choose store-credit, your return is free, or we can refund your original form of payment less $7.95. Please note, this applies to domestic U.S. orders. International orders will need to use your own preferred shipping method instead of our return label.

Return Processing

Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return package. Once your return has been processed, a store-credit or refund will be issued and you will receive an email notification. All refunds will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate credit cards or different forms of payment.
